What do I need to do to get ready for my consultation?

Nothing. We want to see your home exactly as you live in it so that we understand why you are asking for our help. We’re here to help, not to judge.


How soon can I get started?

Most of our clients are excited to get started right away and we are happy to book our next available appointment which is usually within 1 week of our initial consultation.


Will you help me purge items?

Yes, we can help by asking questions and guiding you through the process to make your own decisions. We will make sure everything you decide to keep has a purpose and a place. We will work together to determine what to do with anything you decided to get rid of - donate, recycle, discard, or sell. Just have boxes and trash bags available.


How long will my space take to organize?

Every situation is different. We will be able to give you an estimate during your consultation which depends on the current condition and the desired outcome.


How long do you work at one time?

We have a 3 hour minimum as it would be difficult to do most projects in less time. Our daily sessions run on average between 4-6 hours.


What do we need to do to get ready for my session?

We ask clients to have a supply of strong garbage bags and boxes available to remove items to be discarded or donated. The most important thing if for you to be ready to let us know your priorities and exactly what you want to get out of the session.


Do you come back to help if I mess up the organized space you created for me?

Yes, we offer maintenance plans for spaces we have previously organized at a discount. If you find that you have let the organization get out of control, we’ll gladly come back and help you get everything in order and figure out why the system didn’t work well for you. We will adjust the system so that you’ll be better able to stay organized.
