Hi, I'm Joy-Ann!
For over three decades, I developed a passion for process change management and transformation. I created systems and processes to streamline and make things easier while working in a corporate role. While I truly enjoyed my profession, I was yearning to create a business that would provide a service that would enrich people’s lives.
When I decided to leave the corporate world, I was excited to turn my focus on becoming a Professional Organizer. I already had a successful eBay business so I started out by helping family and friends purge items and organize their homes. I then moved on to overseeing several estate cleanouts before joining forces with a longtime friend to create Organize & Design Solutions.
I take pride in helping clients overcome their organizational challenges by giving them practical solutions that work for them. Each successful outcome gives me incredible personal and professional satisfaction!
Hi, I'm Caron!
I am passionate about all things design, with a background in graphics. I am an innovative creative thinker who is very visual. I love to bring order and simplicity to areas that might seem overwhelming using my creativity. I have years of graphic design experience utilizing my excellent organizational skills.
Friends started reaching out to me to help organize and renovate their homes from updating backsplashes to installing closet and garage organizers. I get a great sense of accomplishment when I finish each project which lead me to start Organize & Design Solutions.
I am looking forward to helping you organize your spaces so you can be efficient and proud of where you live and work.
Hi, I'm Laura!
For 30+ years, I utilized my solutions-oriented disposition in a corporate setting; mitigating risk by implementing action plans that focused on process improvements. In my personal life, I come from a family of home builders so being handy (painting, replacing a faucet, etc.) is in my genes.
I discovered my knack for organization through helping friends and family move. I was able to assist them in deciding what to keep and what to purge. I was also quite good at helping them get settled in their new homes. Most of those skills were developed from my many personal moves and home renovations over the years! I enjoy helping people make improvements to their space. I know first-hand the calmness a well-organized home can bring to a busy life.
Hi, I'm Connor!
I was living in Colorado in a quaint old-time resort town and working as a new building plumber’s assistant. During the winter, I skied and during the warmer months, I mountain biked. I moved back home to New York when jobs were scarce during the pandemic. Now I enjoy helping my mother, Joy-Ann, when she books a project that requires a little extra muscle. Don’t get me wrong, she and Caron are pretty strong women. However, there are times when they need a little extra help and I’m always there for them. I enjoy meeting and helping new people. My super powers include being able to pack a dumpster so we utilize every bit of space and I always enjoy thinking outside the box when we are faced with challenges on the job.
